Terms and Conditions

Goods and title of goods shall remain the sole property of Allied trade consumables ltd (Clipco) until payment is received in full. Directors of limited companies remain liable for any debts owed to ATC when a company goes into liquidation. Acceptance of goods is also acceptance of “ATC” terms and conditions of trading.
